All staff, including nonlawyer such as clerks in the firm is required to exhibit high professional standards.

Further it wishes to create awareness among the clients on how to legally sustain their investments as a way of promoting strong Organizational structure, business efficacy and positive returns on investments in Uganda and beyond. This in turn will increase investment opportunities, foster economic growth and development of individuals and corporate entities as well as the law firm.
